Heather Roome is a hydrogeologist with 10 years' experience in contaminated land investigation and assessment across the UK and Ireland.  Heather has managed projects for the petrochemical, manufacturing and power generation industries with a focus on site investigation, long-term monitoring and environmental permitting compliance.

Heather is the database manager for Geosyntec's UK and Ireland operations, and has been responsible for broadening and deepening the use of GIS and related data management tools in addition to providing training for related software such as EQuIS, EnviroInsite, ArcGIS, gINT and EVS to other members of our team. She also manages secure databases for several large chemical, pharmaceutical and other industrial sites in the UK.
